WELCOME TO THIS NEW COURSE 2019-2020. WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO SHOW YOU THE WORK WITH OUR STUDENTS AND HOW MUCH FUN WE HAVE EVERY DAY IN THE DIFFERENT CLASSES AND GROUPS. 

LET'S START!

3, 4, 5 years old students and 1st graders:

WE START ALL OUR SESSIONS WITH A HELLO SONG. THEN SOME ROUTINES, GIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US AND OUR FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS, ABOUT THE WEATHER, ABOUT THE DAYS OF THE WEEK OR MONTHS AND SO ON. WE CONTINUE THE SESSIONS WITH THE NEW CONTENTS TO INTRODUCE, THE ACTIVITY, GAME, STORY...TO DO AND WE FINISH WITH THE BYE BYE SONG.

THE DIFFERENT TOPICS  HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED THROUGH DIFFERENT SONGS AND STORIES RELATED TO THEM:

WITH 4 YEARS OLD GROUPS AND 5 YEARS OLD GROUPS, WE STARTED (at the beggining of the course) TALKING ABOUT OUR EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS THROUGH THE STORY "THE COLOURED MONSTER"( the coloured monster ). FROM THIS TOPIC SOME OTHERS LIKE COLOURS, NUMBERS OR THE WEATHER CAME OUT.

3 YEARS OLD CHILDREN DIDN'T SEE THE STORY BUT WE INTRODUCED THE FEELINGS THROUGH OUR FRIENDS, THE PUPPETS COOKIE THE CAT, FRANKIE, DIZZY AND MARIA, THEY HAVE DIFFERENT COLOURS LIKE THE EMOTIONS.

2nd grade B project: The Space

In order to collaborate with the project of 2nd grade B: The Space, we have learned the names of the different planets of the Solar System and their characteristics in English, through several activities. Here you have the link of the video that we watched:

After the video, we worked in groups so as to make the solar system on a black card paper.

PLAYGROUND GAMES

Hello! 5-year-old students have worked on playground games where they have created some games to be able to share with other peers, to the point of wanting to name these games in English! What a privilege!

For this reason, the students performed a cooperative activity where, for groups, they had to find the image of the games, with the written word. What an experience to see, for the sounds and the first letter,  that they knew what game it was.

The class of penguins are super penguins!

Hola! Els estudiants de 5 anys han treballat en jocs de pati on han creat alguns jocs per poder compartir amb altres companys, fins al punt de voler nomenar aquests jocs en anglès! Quin privilegi!

Per aquest motiu, els estudiants van realitzar una activitat cooperativa on, per a grups, havien de trobar la imatge dels jocs, amb la paraula escrita. Quina experiència veure, pels sons i la primera lletra, que sabien què era el joc.

ANIMALS IN THE WORLD!

2nd graders are studying animals in unit 5. In order to differentiate between jungle animals, pets and farm animals, we have done an activity in cooperative groups using different cooperative learning structures. The activity consisted in classifying animals in three groups: jungle, pets and farm.

Els alumnes de segon de primària estan estudiant els animals en la unitat 5. Per tal de diferenciar entre animals de la jungla, de la granja i mascotes, hem realitzat una activitat en grups cooperatius utilitzant diferent estructures cooperatives. L'activitat ha consistit en classificar animals en tres grups: jungla, mascotes i granja.

MEANS OF TRANSPORT

4th graders are studying different means of transport in unit 5. We have done an activity in cooperative groups using several cooperative learning structures. This activity consisted in classifying different modes of transport in: land, water and air. Here you have some pictures!!

Els alumnes de 4t de primària estan estudiant els tipus de transport dins de la unitat 5. Hem realitzat una activitat en grups cooperatius utilitzant diferents estructures cooperatives. L'activitat ha consistit en classificar els mitjans de tranport en: terra, aire i aigua. Aquí teniu algunes fotografies!!

FASHION!

A primer de primaria estem estudiant la roba. Com a proposta de 1rB va sorgir el ser dissenyadors. Per tant, els alumnes estan utilitzant les seves camisetes velles i donant vida i creació a les noves camisetes. Estem treballant el vocabulari però estan tan interessats que cada dia apareixen noves paraules! La veritat és que són tots uns artistes. Va agradar tant, que pròximament ho farem també amb la classe de 1rA.

At first grade, we are studying clothes. As a proposal of 1rB, they wanted to be designers. Therefore, the students are using their old t-shirts and they are giving life and creation to the new t-shirts. We are working on the vocabulary but they are so interested that new words appear every day! The truth is that they are all an amazing artists. They liked it so much, that we will also do it with 1rA.

I WANNA BE.....

La classe dels policies estan estudiant les professions. Dins l'aula d'anglès, ens hem afegit al seu projecte i esteim treballant el vocabulari i aquí teniu algunes activitats que hem fet. Hem començat fa poc, però els alumnes estan posant molt interès. Què arribarem a fer com a proposta d'anglès?

The police class is studying the professions. The english area, has been added to their project and we are working on the vocabulary and here are some activities we have done. We have started recently, but the students are putting great interest. What we will do as a proposal?
