SHARING READING!

Our students of 4th and 5th grades started reading a book in groups, using the cooperative learning structure called "Shared reading". One student of the group started reading a page and the next student had to summarize that page, and then it was the second student's turn to read the following page. At the same time, they had to write in their notebooks the words which they didn't know. This cooperative structure really motivates students when reading, as they are reading in a small group and at their pace. And also because they learn from each other.

Els alumnes de 4t i 5è han començat a llegir un llibre en grups, mitjançant l'estructura cooperativa "lectura compartida". Un/a alumne/a del grup comença a llegir una pàgina i el següent membre del grup ha de fer un resum del què ha llegit el seu company. A continuació, és el torn del segon membre del grup que ha de continuar llegint la següent pàgina. Al mateix temps, han d'anar escrivint en les seves llibretes les paraules que no coneixen. Aquesta estructura cooperativa els motiva molt a llegir ja que llegeixen en petit grup i al seu ritme, i també perquè aprenen els uns dels altres.
